A group of left-wing investors funded in part by Marxist billionaire George Soros intent on stealing the 2022 midterm elections is buying up a large group of Spanish-language radio stations so they can push Democrat lies and propaganda to a voting bloc that is trending more towards Republicans.
According to reports, the group was founded by former Obama staffer Stephanie Valencia and campaign veteran Jess Morales Rocketto, the latter who worked with both former President Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.
The stations being acquired will fall under the umbrella of Latino Media Network and will be led by Valencia. The network has already announced that it secured funding from “leading Latino investors” as well as Lakestar Finance, which is an investment group linked to Soros. After securing more than $80 million, the project is set for launch.
“We believe in the power and reach of radio and it remains a main source of media for a significant number of our community,” Rocketto told NBC News. “We hope to create relevant content for radio and other audio platforms with content that our community can trust and rely on.”
One of the stations included in the deal is Radio Mambi, a conservative talk radio station in Miami, Florida, that Democrats have long accused of spreading “misinformation” among Hispanic communities, according to The Washington Examiner. Radio Mambi has long been known as a staunch anti-communist network, particularly among Cuban exiles.
The newly Soros-acquired AM and FM radio stations are located in 10 of the country’s largest Latino markets, including Miami, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Houston and Las Vegas.
“Latinos are constantly trying to navigate the ocean of information. In some cases that is disinformation, in some cases that is very one-sided communication,” Valencia ironically said in a statement — knowing full well that the purpose of the LMN is to push left-wing propaganda and disinformation to a Latino audience that is shifting towards Republicans because the Democratic Party has been hijacked by the insane far-left.
It’s possible that the network’s acquisition of radio stations won’t be complete until next year; the purchases still have to get Federal Communications Commission approval before the network can begin operating them, and that process may not be complete until 2023. But that will set up LMN for the highly contested 2024 election, according to WLRN in Florida.
The Washington Examiner noted in its report, however, that the Soros-led purchase only goes to prove that the left still doesn’t understand why Hispanics are flocking to the GOP.
“Everybody was a liberal Democrat — in my neighborhood, in the Bronx, in the local government,” Florida Republican Erik Ortiz, a 41-year-old hip hop producer, recently told The New York Times. “The welfare state was bad for our people — the state became the father in the black and brown household and that was a bad, bad mistake.
“Why would I want to be stuck in that mentality?” he added.
The Times explained further: “Like any voter, these men are also driven by their opinions on a variety of issues: Many mention their anti-abortion views, support for gun rights and strict immigration policies. They have watched their friends and relatives go to western Texas to work the oil fields, and worry that new environmental regulations will wipe out the industry there. Still, most say their favorable view of Republicans stems from economic concerns, a desire for low taxes and few regulations. They say they want to support the party they believe will allow them to work and become wealthy.”
Also, Hispanic culture is very gender-specific, so Democrats who are pushing ‘non-binary’ “Latinx” nonsense are also losing Latinos.
The fact is, the majority of Americans are not into the far-left lunacy of a party that has lost touch with reality. So it won’t matter how many media outlets they buy.
